📣Introducing one of my KRAFTER’s Emmy who sees me for weekly BK Group Fit session.

❤️Its been such a fun journey training Emmy for the past 5 years. Seeing how much progress she has made and getting to know her whilst being apart of her journey has been truly rewarding.

🙌🏻Whilst we are moving through the workout we are having little laughs here and there especially when she trained with her training partner and we talk about all things life📚

🏋🏼‍♀️Emmys favourite exercise is Deadlift and bent over row 💪

🤤Emmys favourite food is pasta .
