🏋🏼‍♀️KRAFTER’s spotlight💡

📣Introducing one of my KRAFTER’s Waverleigh who is part of BK Group Fit.

❤️I always look forward to training Waverleigh she is the light that’s lights up the room when she walks in, she loves a good sing a long and always challenges herself.

✅We love sharing book recommendations and Onix is a big fan and always greets her upon arrival.

🏋🏼‍♀️Waverleigh’s favourite exercise is squats. She loves having strong legs and glutes.

🤤Waverleighs favourite food is Nacho’s with coleslaw and mixed beans throw some chopped gherkins on top Yum!!

I’ve been training with you for around 5 years And I love the diversity of your workouts. My biggest win has been this year finally being about to long jump landing in a squat so yeah that’s been awesome for my self confidence.
