WE ARE READY, ARE YOU?!
I am extremely proud to announce that my Rise and Grind Bootcamp will be launching on Monday the 2nd of May!
This bootcamp style of training is for anyone who is ready to take the next step in a healthier lifestyle or is ready for that extra push.
Rise and Grind strives for a team support mentality. Everyone is there for the same reason, just show up and do the work! No thinking required.
Rise and Grind will be held at my home gym, and outdoor property in Mosgiel. The perfect time to welcome in the early mornings and daylight savings!
I have used the knowledge that I have gained over the past eight years in the fitness industry to design a group based training that will suit everyone.
I have chosen to go with a four week training block which leads into a testing week. Routinely testing strength and fitness is critical for tracking progress and achieving goals. The only person you are completing against is yourself!
