September Energy Report.

I’m being told it’s a mixed bag , energetically, this month.
We have the support this month, to sort out the wheat from the chaff if you like.
As always with in,ourselves first and then externally in our world.
What resonates with us, what do we want to keep, what aspects of ourselves, our internal world do we like, do we want to nurture and strengthen.
What aspects of ourselves no longer serve us, and we need to understand and release those parts .
Change our mindset, and reactions to a more considered response.
To be responsible and accountable.
The squeeze is on , for us to step up and into the new energy.
To sort out our value systems.
To listen to the inner voice.
To ground .
To rest where possible.
To get to know ourselves.
This energy can be uncomfortable.
Sit tight !!
We are being nudged towards authenticity…

August Energy Report.

This is another pivotal month.
The energy this month is about change.
Change that is well overdue, so you may have noticed small indicators of change
already.
As you know, change tends to happen within ourselves, before we see the effects of it in our lives
Perhaps our boundaries are stronger, perhaps we are taking better care of ourselves.
Perhaps we have low tolerance now for toxic behaviour, in ourselves and others.
Truth is part of this change.
The truth is coming out, blinkers are coming off, we are able to see more clearly , exactly what is going on .
This then creates change.
Choice then comes into play, what do we decide??
With choice is self responsibility.
So you can see how change comes about.
Truth, clarity, self responsibility choice,and awareness ,bringing change.
The energy this month supports this.
Internal and external change.

July Energy Report..
A little late, I am sorry to keep you waiting..
However remember the energy from one month to the next overlaps, energy doesn’t know the date !!!
This month it’s important to stay grounded. The energy is intense and yet not heavy.
It will be easy to be distracted, unfocused and scattered, as a response to the intense light energy.
It’s winter, so eat food that grounds you , and nourishes your physical body, food that is warming .
Step outside in the morning , take in the morning light, breathe in the morning air, be present, ground yourself to the earth.
Morning sunlight, if it’s not cloudy.
Just 5 minutes is enough to set you up for the day ahead.
It’s important to let your body, mind, emotions adjust to this intense energy, as it’s here to stay .
This energy comes through the light grid , which connects us to the earth and connects the earth to us .
It’s a quiet month energetically, a time of adjustment.
And so it is .
All is well.
All is as it should be .

June Energy Report.

The energy is a little quieter this month, not as many intense energy shifts, as we experienced in May .
This means it’s a month to recoup , regroup and recover from the intensity of last month.
These times are impacting on our physical bodies.
Rest as much as you can, don’t push yourself too hard this month.
Give your body and especially your immune system a chance to catch up to energy changes .
You may find pesky illnesses and colds etc as our bodies adjust.
Make the most of the energy this month, to prepare for more energy shifts to come .
Be gentle with yourself and others.
Eat well
Sleep well
Rest up
Look for the joy in the little things.
Get into nature

May Energy Report..

This is a pivotal month for 2026 .
The energy is supporting us to make a breakthrough..
This will be different for each of us , depending on where we are at in our lives .
This breakthrough potential is of course personal and global.
We have free will , so it’s up to us what we do with this energy.
It’s a time of endings and beginnings, as the old makes way for the new.
This can mean a bit of a shake up and intense times for some .
It’s literally a chance to rebirth, redefine , and redo .
It’s bumpy however!!!
The way through is to have a good look at ourselves and what we don’t want to carry anymore, old patterns, habits, thoughts, feelings, that don’t feel good to take into the new energy.
Ask your guides to help you with this .
Keep in mind and heart your values, what matters to you .
Look for the sign posts, where do you feel at home ?
What excites you?
What brings you peace ?
What brings you purpose?
What brings and creates love ?
Again take care of your physical wellbeing, the body has huge adjustments to make to align with the new energy.
Be patient with yourself.
Change is all around us .

April Energy Report.

The words I’m being given to describe the energy this month are:
Transformative.
Transparent
Divided.
Proactive.
Let’s see what this means, for April.
We can see what is happening on the world stage, it’s important to stay out of the politics, arguments, attitudes which divide people, this is the energy of division , this energy pulls us back into the dark, war like energy, the planet is wanting to shake free from.
The right versus wrong thinking.
The energy is supporting us to do things differently, to feel things differently, to speak of things differently.
To transform the old energy, old ways, by not engaging in whose right, whose wrong .
By being proactive in seeing how it can be on this planet.
By holding the vision of peace, freedom, plenty, wisdom and cooperation between people and countries.
By not giving into despair, or fear .
By holding your light.
By being yourself.
By taking good care of you and yours.
By tending your little corner of the world.
By connecting to plants, animals, nature.
This creates and holds a blueprint, a way forward, a way out of the chaos and old patterns of being.
This creates footprints of light .
This is more powerful than you could possibly imagine.

All is well
All is as it should be .
You are much more powerful and influential than you could possibly know .

March Energy Report

It’s a bumpy start to the month, it’s a big energetic month, hang onto your hats energy.
As you are aware, war in the Middle East , again unprecedented times.
I’m being told by the guides , it’s a huge clearing out of old energy.
We were told that this would, and is happening, however the way in which it is happening, brings fear, and uncertainty.
It’s important, to be informed, of course.
However it’s also important to keep grounded, take care of your nervous system, take care of your physical, emotional bodies.
Remember that you are here, during these times to hold the light.
How does this translate into every day life ?
Be true to your values.
Lean into integrity, compassion , trust that peace will prevail..
Stay grounded.
Find joy in the little things and moments.
Find and connect with your inner peace, among the external chaos.
Use your supplements, flower essences, homeopathy etc .
This outing of the old energy, will also show up in our personal lives too.
It’s everywhere you look .
It’s fast and intense energy.
Keep calm and keep going.

I’ve just posted the February Energy Report, below .
I wanted to add, on a personal note, how sad I was to hear of Phillippa Cummins passing.
She’s was such a wonderful woman and shared her considerable gifts with many of us .
My thoughts go to her family.
God speed Phillippa, you are missed.

February Energy Report.

Much the same theme as January, and shall be a continuing theme for 2026 .
Personal responsibility is being supported energetically.
This means taking responsibility for what we have manifested in our lives, instead of holding someone else accountable, it’s time to see where we contributed to the situation.
Because we have the ability to change ourselves, not so much others
What this does, taking responsibility, being accountable to ourselves, is it frees us from being enmeshed, with others, it untangles situations and gives us clarity.
This is a much better place to manifest from.
Have a look at what’s not working so well for you , that’s where to work.
What part of this situation, that’s not working, are you responsible for ?
This is energetically cleansing.
We are being prepared this year, for the big changes ahead .
We are being asked to step up, into self responsibility and self awareness.

Energy Report..
January.

This month, as it is starting with a full moon,and is the first month in a new year, is a good time to look at your intentions for the year .
There is no need to know how , just what you intend for the coming year
Look across the board, consider health, emotional, physical, mental, spiritual health.
Consider employment.
Look at where and how you want to live and how you want to be .
Consider all relationships, how you feel, what is for you , what doesn’t fit anymore .
Consider your relationship with the earth ,with your spirit guides, with spirituality.
Feel into how you want to be with yourself, your relationship with yourself, because this is the foundation of how you are in the world, and what you manifest from.
It’s a month to be connected with yourself and becoming aware of you !
2026 is a powerful year of change and manifesting.
Individually and collectively .
It’s a positive year and a moving to the heart centre year.
This will show up that which is not heart centred, especially those who fake being heart centred , and use it for manipulation and control..
It’s a year to be you , in doing so , synchronicity will come into play .
2026 looks to be an exciting year, of change and possibilities, and potential .
Individually and on the world stage .
Hold steady .
