Veggies - 5 different colours ❤️ Today’s HEALTH SPAN Tactic 💫

Our gut is a garden of different bacteria so we need to feed it a HUGE array of different nutrients every day/week ❤️ I learnt this one the hard way many years ago - eating 10 handfuls of veggies a day BUT the exact same for years - I got sick, a lot.

Here’s to diversity. Nutrient diversity. Playing with colours is a great place to start 🌈
