Took it to some fresh snapper and safe to say… game changer. The control, the precision, the clean fillets — next level compared to what I’m used to. Still learning the technique, but that’s all part of the process 🤙

Nothing beats turning a solid catch into top-quality fillets yourself. Plenty more practice to come 💯
