Whether you’re brand new to pole or looking to build a strong foundation, our 5-Week Introduction to Pole Course is the perfect starting point. Designed for total beginners, this course will teach you all the essential pole fundamentals — including basic grips, spins, transitions, and beginner holds — in a supportive, empowering environment.
At the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll have the skills and confidence to move into our Beginner Level Pole classes!
🗓️ Monday starting 1st June, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
🗓️ Friday starting 5th June, 1:45pm - 2:45pm
We offer two options to suit your goals:
🖤 Option 1: Intro to Pole Course Only
Includes one weekly Intro to Pole class for 5 weeks.
Perfect for those who want to focus solely on learning the basics of pole.
💪 Option 2: Intro to Pole + Flexibility Package
Includes one weekly Intro to Pole class plus one weekly flexibility class for 5 weeks.
Ideal if you want to build strength, mobility, and body awareness alongside your pole training. Flexibility work supports injury prevention, improves your range of motion, and helps you progress more confidently on the pole.
No experience or upper body strength required — just bring your curiosity and we’ll take care of the rest!
