I went to F45 with my friend Rachel Māia who had said to me ‘when you don’t want to do something try and trick your brain into being excited about it.’ So, I gave it a go…

I told my friend Rachel Maia (who is a mum of three and just happens to be a Paralympian) that I still find F45 a bit terrifying and she said - ‘..well, I always think I’d rather be scared of something I chose than something out of my control..’ and then she offered this advice ‘..when I’m scared I try to trick myself into feeling excited about it’. I love these whakaaro. And what I am excited about is she’s coming to F45 with me tomorrow 🙌🏾❤️ 🤩 F45 Training
