Starting Friday mornings from 22 May – 19 June, join us from 9:00–9:50 for a breath-focused strength class designed to help you safely reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and improve posture + alignment 🤍
This class is perfect whether you’re newly postpartum, further along in recovery, pregnant, or simply looking for a supportive way to build strength from the inside out. Expect intentional movement, deep core activation, pelvic floor support, and a welcoming baby-friendly space.
