Aan de hand van jouw trainingsdoelstelling wordt bepaald welke trainingsbelasting het lichaam nodig heeft. Gedurende het trainingsproces word je bewust van je lichamelijke én geestelijke welzijn. gd en je grenzen worden verlegd. Kortom; onze trainingen zijn een goede manier om jouw doelstelling(en) te realiseren! Onze Personal Trainers zijn minimaal HBO opgeleid en hebben ervaring in trainingsbegeleiding. Onze uitdagende trainingsvariaties zullen jouw motivatie zullen prikkelen, want… “als je weerstand overwint, schep je de kracht om steeds hoger te reiken“. Onze Personal Trainers zijn flexibel in het bepalen van trainingsmomenten. Je kunt dus trainen wanneer jou dat het beste uitkomt!

On Tuesday, February 26, 2008, I entered the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam. That same day around 11:00 AM MARISPORTS was founded. 📝

In 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟴 I founded MARISPORTS. It was my dream to determine as many things as possible during my entrepreneurship. Owning commercial real estate was a precondition for me to be able to do business optimally.

After renting for years I wanted to buy commercial real estate to establish MARISPORTS there.

Covid-19 pandemic...Today it seems to be getting worse and we're waiting for tonight's press conference. 😷 👀

My thoughts go to my fellow entrepreneurs who are having a hard time. Obviously, this should be seen in perspective. People who are seriously infected with Covid-19 and mourners have the hardest time during this Covid-19 period. Keep ya head 🆙️
