Nuit du Sport in Bertrange was a great success!

Many people stopped by to discover Aikido, try a few movements and share a moment with us on the tatami.

A big thank you to everyone who came, watched, participated and showed curiosity for our practice.

We hope to see some of you again on the tatami when our new season starts in September!

A new era begins for our club.
Yesterday evening, we had our first training at Hanner Bra in Bech, our new and permanent home. As we reach the end of our second season, this is a very special moment for us.
After training for a long time in our provisional dojo, we can now enjoy a beautiful new hall, with excellent space, great conditions, and all the amenities we need. It finally feels like we have arrived.
A heartfelt thank you to the Commune of Bech for their support and for making this new chapter possible.
We are grateful, excited, and ready for everything that lies ahead.

This Thursday, 21 May, 8 classes from the Bertrange schools had the opportunity to discover Aikido during the Schoulsportdag.

We hope the children had a great time on the tatami and enjoyed getting a first impression of our martial art. Aikido is especially valuable for children because it helps develop coordination, concentration, respect, self-confidence and body awareness in a playful and non-competitive way.

We would be very happy to see one or two familiar faces again in our club for the new season.

For the inauguration weekend of the Centre Culturel Hannerbra, the municipality of Bech gave us the opportunity to present and promote our club. We are truly very grateful for this support and trust.
This afternoon showed once again how engaged, motivated, and passionate our club members are. From demonstrations to exchanges with visitors, the atmosphere was full of energy and enthusiasm.
We are incredibly excited to hold our very first training session in Hannerbra on June 1st, 2026, especially in such a beautiful and welcoming space.

A special shout out goes to Ramunas Astrauskas for taking the photos and capturing the atmosphere of the day so beautifully.

A few impressions from an intense and inspiring seminar filled with precision, movement, concentration, and exchange. The practice explored empty hand techniques as well as tanto, ken tai ken, and jo tai ken, reflecting the fluidity, connection, and depth of Aikido throughout the afternoon.

Thank you for the teaching, the atmosphere, and the shared practice on the mat.

✨ A new era for CAB Bech begins! ✨

Starting 1 June 2026, CAB Bech will officially begin training in its new home at Centre culturel Hanner Bra in Bech.

To celebrate this important new chapter, the very first seminar ever held in Hanner Bra will take place with a special Inauguration Seminar led by Eric Contet, 6th Dan Aikikai.
