What if confidence…

Isn’t something you find…

But something you build?

Because so many women believe confidence arrives first.

Then they’ll start.

Then they’ll take action.

Then they’ll put themselves forward.

But confidence rarely works that way.

More often…

Action comes first.

Confidence follows.

Here are three proven ways to build confidence.

1. Use the EARN method

Confidence is built through evidence.

Not wishful thinking.

Every walk.

Every nourishing meal.

Every promise you keep to yourself.

Becomes proof.

Proof that you can trust yourself again.

Think of confidence as EARN:

Evidence.

Action.

Repetition.

Noticing Progress.

Because confidence does not appear overnight.

It grows every time you show up.

Especially when you don't feel like it.

2. Stop using the scales as your confidence scorecard

This is one of the biggest mistakes people make.

If the scales decide whether today is a good day or a bad day…

Confidence will always feel fragile.

Instead, look for other wins.

A body win:

More energy.

Better-fitting clothes.

Moving more easily.

A mindset win:

Being kinder to yourself.

Showing resilience.

Having more patience.

A behaviour win:

Drinking your water.

Eating more protein.

Going for a walk.

Confidence grows much faster when you measure more than a number.

3. Borrow confidence before you feel it

This sounds strange at first.

But it works.

Ask yourself:

"What would the confident version of me do today?"

Would she quit because of one bad meal?

Would she wait until Monday?

Would she give up because progress feels slow?

Probably not.

She would keep going.

Especially on the difficult days.

Because confidence is often built by acting like the person you want to become…

Before you fully believe you are that person.

And one final reminder.

The most confident people are not fearless.

They simply kept showing up long enough to trust themselves again.

One walk.

One meal.

One promise kept.

One step at a time.

Because confidence isn't something you find.

It's something you earn.

I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

Which of these do you feel would make the biggest difference to your confidence?

Delise thought turning 40, struggling with her weight, feeling confused about what foods were good or bad, disconnecting from her body after surgery and a car accident, and hiding anxiety behind a perfectly polished exterior were “just part of getting older.”

After years of Slimming World, WW, meal replacements, gym plans, fads, knee surgery, months on crutches, a car accident, weight gain, avoiding mirrors, wearing the same jeans because nothing else fit, and convincing herself she didn’t deserve to invest in her own health, she’d started to feel completely out of control.

But after dropping 23 pounds in just 14 weeks, rebuilding her confidence, learning to fuel her body properly, standing proudly in front of the mirror again, becoming calmer, more assertive at work, and finally feeling steady and in control, she now wakes up feeling stronger, lighter, and proud of who she’s becoming.

And the best part?
She did it without Fads, Strict Diets, or Hours of Exhausting Exercise.
She still eats real food she enjoys.

I’ve put together the exact 3-day meal plan she used to achieve this, built by a UK Registered Dietitian and I’m giving it away for free.
