For 9 beautiful years, I had the privilege of breastfeeding my girls- 4.5 years each 🤎
Something I will never, ever take for granted.

How fitting that World Breastfeeding Week falls in their birthday month. My greatest purpose has always been motherhood, and breastfeeding bonded us in the most precious way- love, comfort, safety and connection all wrapped into one.

As this chapter comes to an end, I’m simply so proud and grateful. Some of the most beautiful moments of my life, forever held in my heart🤎

Earth Day 🌎
(a day late, I know lol)

Everyone has a different hierarchy of needs.

Personally, I NEED uninterrupted daily stretches of time outdoors 🌿

My Heart & Soul are never stronger than when my body is completely exhausted from being outdoors, on long walks breathing in the beautiful fresh air. My most favourite thing to do while on holiday is take long runs/walks along a beach, sand in my toes & salty hair.
It’s the best feeling in the entire World.

For this gift and for my children nieces & nephews to experience the same, I will keep trying to do better to preserve our unconditionally Loving Earth 💚

It’s easy to think someone’s life is better than yours just because they have something you don’t have.
But the truth is, you don’t see the whole story.
Stop comparing & tearing each other down... let’s try complimenting each other instead!
If you’re one of those people who constantly feels the need to tear others down- ask yourself why? Really dig deep... are you feeling unhappy? Feeling insecure? Try & take some time out for yourself (meditation, deep breathing practises 🙏🏽) to help clear these negative emotions.
Try replacing them with thoughts of kindness & gratitude.

We don’t hear people complimenting each other enough these days.
It’s such a simple act of kindness that can make someone’s day!

Let’s compliment someone today.
Someone you know, or it can be a complete stranger you follow on social media. You could turn their entire day around 💛

Funny how everything else seems so important- money, career, nice cars, flashy clothes popularity etc until you get sick.

Then you realise the only important thing is your Health.

Consider it a gift to yourself every time you invest in your own Health, and those closest to you.

When you start looking after your Mind & Body, you will be present in every other area of your life without feeling tired or insecure.

Movement empowers us!

Yes, Lockdown has restricted indoor Gym access but there are plenty of options to do from home or outdoors (if you can brave the cold haha)

We can choose to make the best of this situation & we won’t always feel motivated- but that’s ok! It’s unrealistic to expect to feel motivated every time you exercise. Some days you just need to push through it.

Feeling Grateful I’m still able to Coach my clients virtually 🙌🏽

Let go of the excuses & make the best of this situation.
We’re all in the same boat.
Don’t put your Health on the back burner anymore.

Your Health is an investment, not an expense.

Hello 2021!!! 🌟

I’d just finished Coaching a 1-2-1 SPRINT Class 😅

Personally, 2020 has Brought me so much Joy & Gratitude 🙏🏽
And Just like everyone else, I’ve had to adjust & add new effective ways to run my PT business especially during lockdown when gyms were closed for months. It has challenged me & opened my eyes to new possibilities!
It’s been 13 months since I started my own business... bring on 2021! 🌟

Here’s to a New Year & continuing to follow my Joy & purpose 🌟
