🍂 Move into Autumn with Aidan (Dancevous), Mass with the Lads & Yoga with Angharad 🍂

As we enter the season of the second harvest, take a moment to move your body, reconnect with yourself, and share space with others.

Join us for an evening of yoga, meditation, handpan music & ecstatic dance. A chance to slow down, let go, and welcome the changing season together.

Expect movement, stillness, music, connection, and a little bit of magic around the fire.

Bring warm clothes, a water bottle, your yoga mat, and an offering for the fire.

Pregnancy is a profound rite of passage; a time of transformation, becoming and unfolding. Cocoon is a space to honour that journey.

For 90 minutes each week, we will explore breath, movement and yogic practices to nourish your nervous system, deepen your connection to your body, and attune to the intelligence of your own life force.

A time to slow down.
To turn inward.
To be nourished.
To feel supported as you move through this extraordinary period of transformation.

We begin September 14th. More details to follow. To be kept in the loop, DM me COCOON.

A little introduction, because apparently I should probably tell you who I am before continuing to talk at you about embodiment

When I look back at all the different versions of me, I can see the threads so clearly now.

The little girl who couldn’t sit still became the woman who makes a living through movement.

The gymnast who loved how it felt to move became the adult who came home to herself through yoga.

The teenager who wanted to stay up all night, dance, be with people and see what might happen became the woman who creates events, celebrations and spaces for people to connect.

The wild child didn’t disappear.

She grew up.

She learned.

She became a mum.

She built a business.

She learned how to inhabit her body.

She learned how to choose herself.

And I think that’s something I’m increasingly interested in:

Maybe becoming ourselves isn’t about leaving old versions of us behind.

Maybe it’s about recognising the thread that’s been there all along.

The things that made you feel most alive as a child.

The things you couldn’t stop doing.

The things that came naturally before you started worrying about whether they were useful, impressive or acceptable.

Maybe some of those things are still trying to show you the way home.

Anyway, hello. I’m Angharad.

I’m a yoga teacher, embodiment practitioner, solo mum, event and festival creator, lifelong mover, occasional fairy.

Very glad you’re here. ✨
