It is so important to take time , or should I say .... to MAKE time to exercise !!

Lifting weights benefits all aspects of your life πŸ˜€

It increase metabolism, and bone density (which are both so important as we age! )

If you're stronger .... you're more independent !

It also makes you FEEL GOOD πŸ€— And if you feel good, then those around will feel that too !

So do it now .... or keep going if you have started πŸ™Œ

Do it for you , or do it for your family .... just do it because your future self will thank you ✌️

Time is the ONE thing we don't get back πŸ’―

Sometimes we feel like we don't have enough time / or that there are not enough hours in the day !! I understand that especially as a first time mam trying to work part time, run a household and learn how to be a parent ..... all while trying to workout, walk and eat healthy πŸ˜… it is never ending!!

But no matter how stressed you may feel .... please just take a minute to take a deep breath and appreciate the TIME that you HAVE and the memories you are making πŸ’•

When you lose people you love too soon & too young, who you know would do anything for more time with their families .... it really puts things into perspective πŸ’―

Encouraging people to never give up , my oldest client is 73 πŸ˜ƒ

Training safely and smartly through, and after pregnancy πŸ’ͺ Certificate in Pre and Post - Natal Fitness, but now my own motherhood journey , as well as working with many clients has given me SO much experience πŸ˜„

I have availability to take on 1 x PT client, or 1 x couple privately if you can be flexible with days / times 🫠
