This message made my day! Here’s what one of my clients shared about her journey so far:
"Before starting the weight loss project with Kris, I had several reservations. I was in poor physical condition, struggled with shortness of breath, had low self-esteem, and lacked motivation. I also found it difficult to stay consistent with any efforts to improve my health.
Kris helped me in so many ways. She motivated me to finally do something for myself. She explained the benefits of each small step and emphasized how much my health would improve. She reminded me that even the smallest actions are worth it, and that I should never underestimate their impact.
When we started working together, my main goals were to improve my health, feel better for longer, and gain confidence when looking in the mirror. Through our work together, I’ve achieved so much. My physical condition has improved, I’ve become stronger both physically and mentally, and I’ve lost a significant amount of weight—16 kg
(35 pounds) to be exact!
My confidence has definitely improved. I feel better about myself, even younger, and it’s so nice to receive compliments. I’ve also proved to myself that I can achieve my goals, and that has given me so much power.
If you’re struggling with motivation, I’d say it’s definitely worth starting—and if you can’t motivate yourself, find someone who can help. Kris can do that for you!"
