Wishing Mary Grehan, her players and management team the very best of luck tomorrow as they take another important step in their Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Championship campaign.

A positive result against Wicklow would secure a well-deserved place in the All-Ireland semi-finals. Achieving three wins on the trot would be a fantastic reward for all the hard work that has gone in throughout the season.

Please support the players & management team in Dr. Hyde Park tomorrow afternoon , it would be greatly appreciated. Let’s get behind this talented group of players as they chase a place in the last four.💪🏻🔥

Best of luck! 🟡🔵

🏆Tour of the Connacht Cups – Week 3🏆

This week, the Tour of the Connacht Cups visited Cloonfad NS, Ballinlough NS, Carrick NS, Granlahan NS, Cloonbonniffe NS, Strokestown NS (Boys & Girls), Kilrustan NS, Clooncagh NS, Ballyfeeney NS, Rooskey NS, Slatta NS, Whitehall NS, Cloonfour NS, Cloontuskert NS, Ballagh NS, Ballyleague NS, Athleague NS, St Coman’s Woods NS, Gaelscoil NS and Kilteevan NS.

A huge well done and thank you to all the students, parents and teachers who continue to give such a fantastic welcome to our Roscommon players, Pádraic Mitchell, and the Roscommon GAA Coaching & Games staff as they travel throughout the county with the Connacht Cups.

The excitement in every school has been incredible to see. Roscommon colours, flags and decorations have been proudly displayed, creating a wonderful atmosphere and showcasing the pride that exists in every community.

It has been especially memorable to see so many young supporters getting the opportunity to hold the Connacht Cups. Looking at the smiles on their faces, there is no doubt that some future Rossies were among them — and with hard work, dedication and a bit of luck, they may one day get the chance to lift those cups themselves.

Thank you to everyone for making Week 3 of the tour such a special and enjoyable experience.

Roscommon 1-9
Derry 2-12

Roscommon's Electric Ireland All-Ireland Minor Football Championship journey comes to an end at the Quarter-Final stage following defeat to Derry in Kingspan Breffni.

After a difficult opening half, the Rossies showed great character and determination after the break, battling hard to get themselves back into contention. Shane Moran's side never gave up and continued to fight until the final whistle, showing the resilience and spirit that has been a hallmark of this group throughout the year.

While today's result brings the curtain down on the championship campaign, it should not take away from what has been a tremendous year for this talented group of players and management. Retaining the Connacht Minor Football Championship title, memorable performances and great days out for Roscommon supporters are achievements they can be immensely proud of.

A sincere thank you to Shane Moran, his management team and all the players for their commitment, dedication and the pride with which they represented Roscommon throughout the season.

We wish all of the players the very best for the future and have no doubt that many of them will continue to make their mark in Roscommon colours in the years ahead.

A huge thank you also to the Roscommon supporters who travelled in such strong numbers and backed the team throughout the campaign.

Safe travelling home to all.
