Balance-ability Bike Programme is back in Lisnamult Sport and Activity Hub 🚲

Give your little one the skills they need to get moving with our FREE Balance-ability Programme, designed for children aged 3–6 years.

Buggy Buddies is a physical activity programme for mothers to exercise in a safe environment with their babies.
The sessions will include a mix of cardio and strength exercises aimed at improving overall fitness. This includes walking/light jogging and a variety of full-body exercises. It's also a fantastic way to get out, meet other parents and build a supportive community.

Our 4-Week Men's Exercise Programme is underway! 💪

A great start to the programme last night! Well done to all the lads for getting out, getting active, and putting in a fantastic first session. 👏

A big thank you to our tutor, Liam, for putting everyone through their paces and making it an enjoyable session.

There are plenty more sessions to come, looking forward to seeing everyone's progress over the next few weeks! 💪🏃‍♂️

We are delighted to be collaborating with Roscommon FET Centre, Roscommon Leader Partnership, and Clorina House HSE on this fantastic Community Participation Programme for Men.

Working together, we are committed to creating opportunities that support men's health and wellbeing, encourage social connection, and promote active participation within our communities.
