Wow.. what a performance by our two fighters this evening in Waterford.
Up first we had Jade O'Farrell-Bond in her first Full Contact Fight and boy was it a fight.
Both girls came out to fight and what a fight it was.
Jade stuck to the plan with lovely crisp jabs and kicks to the stomach and legs, same for her opponent first rd fairly even by both fighters 👊
Second round both girls had settled in now and the pace of the fight was really stepping up now, with both fighters exchanging lovely punches and kicks with jades opponent using her powerful over hand right to lad on jades head along with her kicks.
Jade took the shots well and came back strong with her own flurry of punches and kick to the stomach followed up by leg kicks she keeped the pressure untill the bell sounded. Rd 2 over 🔥
Third and final rd, both girls tired now after an exhausting 2nd rd war, but in true fighters spirit they dug deep and with some great back and forth action, both fighters not giving an inch.
With some incouragement form her corner, jade stepped it up for the final few minutes untill the final bell rang.. Both girls gave each other a big hug after, they left it all in the ring..
Fantastic fight by both girls 🔥..
Now down to the judges decision... and the win goes to the "Red Corner" jades hand gets raised 👏

Ur only with us a a short time jade but ur deadaction and attitude is want every Coach loves to see in there students.. You have a bright future ahead of you..

Up nxt we had Dominik who was there to help in jades corner, stepped in to the ring himself in a Demo fight up against an experienced fighter from Emeralds Kickboxing Gym who's opponent unfortunately dropped out due to sickness.
We were happy to step in as both fighter were the same weight and would be a great experience for Dominik to be up against a higher level fighter.. ( A 2 Time Wko World Championship).
Both fighters settled in to the fight fast with good exchanges of punches and kicks.
The pressure was put to Dominik and he had to keep a good high guard as his opponent kicks were lighting fast as were his punches.
But Dominik keeped his cool and gave back as good as he got in a trilling first rd.
Second rd was like the first with some excellent hight round houses and side kicks form his opponent, not to be out done Dominik showed he had some kicks of his own with a few lovely quick front kicks and hight round houses of his own.. this was turning into a great demo by both fighters.
Third rd was just as entertaining as the 1st and 2nd with some lovely movement, kicks and punches by both lads..
Unfortunately the rd ended early as Dominiks opponent sustained a injury going for a high kick and landed awkwardly and could not continue.. we hope he recovers well..
Both fighters hands were raised a Draw due to being a Demo Fight..
To say going almost 3 rds with a top fighter ,and holding his own is an outstanding achievement..
Dominik you should be so proud of yourself, you are growing into a fantastic fighter and ur hard work is starting to show.. Well done sir.. 👏
