*Our new strength cycle starts TODAY *💪🏼

Our strength cycles run in 6 week blocks, with testing on our lifts on the 7th week.

The classes are in a Tuesday and Thursday with each day having a specific focus. For example Monday could be a lower body compound lift with upper body accessories and Thursday an upper body compound lift with lower body accessories.

Our age profile ranges from 16-62, so don’t worry you don’t need to have much experiences, we will look after you 😉

All the sessions are coach led too, this is to keep you safe and educate you along your journey! 🤓

We are excited for our first In-house competition this Saturday 16th for all of our hard working members!

It’s time to put all your hard work over the last few months to the test💪🏼🔥

The competition will be kicking off at 10am and will run until approximately 1:30pm with a BBQ after 🍔☀️

Best of luck to our members who are retesting this week in our TRAIN STRENGTH class!

Everyone has been working very hard over the past 6 weeks and we have no doubt that there is going to be loads PB’s this week!💪🏼🔥

In TRAIN Strength we focus on the main compound lifts such as the back squat, deadlift and bench press. The goal of this class is to help you build strength, so you can perform better inside and outside the gym!

" I am not a gym goer so this was a definate rush of blood to the head when I saw the gym online and took a pt session with Jack. I probably felt as unfit and out of shape as I ever had and figured that 7 months was time enough after the baby to get myself moving again! After signing up to the 6 week programme I was very anxious that I wouldn't have a clue what was going on or that my body would let me down. The atmosphere and coaching throughout have eliminated that entirely and it was never intimidating or overwhelming even though we were all at different levels of experience and strength etc. The classes have benefitted me both physically and mentally and I definately have my most productive days after I have been. I would love to keep going for the next block if the schedule allows. Thanks Megan."

At TRAIN Nenagh all our classes are coach led to ensure you are moving well, and taking steps towards your goals all whilst enjoying the process!

Here is a quick outline of what we have to offer!

TRAIN 60
60 minute functional fitness class, where we focus on developing your cardio, strength and endurance!

TRAIN STRENGTH
A 60 minute class where we focus on the main compound lifts such as the back squat, deadlift and bench press.

TRAIN LIFT
60 minute Olympic lifting class.
The main focus of this class is the Clean and Jerk and Sn**ch.

TRAIN GYMNASTICS
45-60 minute class where the focus is on building foundational strength and developing skills that will help you perform better in class and achieve those higher skilled movements.
