*Our new strength cycle starts TODAY *💪🏼
Our strength cycles run in 6 week blocks, with testing on our lifts on the 7th week.
The classes are in a Tuesday and Thursday with each day having a specific focus. For example Monday could be a lower body compound lift with upper body accessories and Thursday an upper body compound lift with lower body accessories.
Our age profile ranges from 16-62, so don’t worry you don’t need to have much experiences, we will look after you 😉
All the sessions are coach led too, this is to keep you safe and educate you along your journey! 🤓
