Hi folks,
Have a look at the picture below one is known as a bad drink full of sugar the other a healthy drink with lots of nutrients🤔
The calories in the drinks are much the same as is the sugar so really there both the same no bad no good just calories and amount of sugar both have about 4/5 teaspoon of sugars in them ...
The liver can only handle so much sugar for example
💥Females intake of sugar for the day is 6 teaspoons per day
💥Males intake of sugar is 8 teaspoons (can of coke) per day
So don't be fooled by the good/bad tag things get if your going over your daily sugar intake the liver will struggle with the demand and it will lead to damaging our livers and leading to some serious health problems like diabetes, cancer, heart disease to name a few So keep an eye on the amount of sugar that we consume daily and if your going over your calories you will gain weight good/bad food..
