Hi folks,

Have a look at the picture below one is known as a bad drink full of sugar the other a healthy drink with lots of nutrients🤔

The calories in the drinks are much the same as is the sugar so really there both the same no bad no good just calories and amount of sugar both have about 4/5 teaspoon of sugars in them ...

The liver can only handle so much sugar for example

💥Females intake of sugar for the day is 6 teaspoons per day

💥Males intake of sugar is 8 teaspoons (can of coke) per day

So don't be fooled by the good/bad tag things get if your going over your daily sugar intake the liver will struggle with the demand and it will lead to damaging our livers and leading to some serious health problems like diabetes, cancer, heart disease to name a few So keep an eye on the amount of sugar that we consume daily and if your going over your calories you will gain weight good/bad food..

Here is a few reasons why slimming world dosent work for most people...

1. There telling you eating the chocolate bar is bad syns and your bad for doing so 🙄 this makes people have an unhealthy relationship with food .

2. There saying eat as much as you like of these foods🤔( eating too much of any food good or bad you will gain weight calorie surplus)

3. There not educating people on caloires and how a calorie deficit and exercise is the way to a healthy weight /Fat loss goals instead keeping people in the dark and not knowing any better there for never wanting to leave them.

4. It's all about the numbers on the scale nothing else matters😥 thats why they dont want you to train😱 problem is the weight your losing is all muscle and that's not healthy you will feel like s**t with no energy and your bone density will suffer causing major problems in the long term....
(we all know the benefits training has on our health, body and mind💪🧠🏃‍♂️)

Again not to say slimming world dosent work for some people its just not sustainable long term for most....but I know what one id rather do how about you?💪🧠🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🍎🍌🍫🥘

My Fit in 6 challenge is 6 weeks online which can be done from the comfort of your own home no gym needed or no equipment! (Can be fixed for gym if required)

Fit in 6 member stacy joined the challenge looking to get back to looking and feeling her best with more energy more confidence and getting ready her holidays coming up 🌞⛱

In the 6 weeks stacy lost 16lb in weight and dropped down a clothing size 💪👌 she has built up great habits that will last her for life with prepping and planning her days ahead with training and nutrition and been constient day in day out 👌.

The Weekend!!

The weekend is we're alot people go off track on there fitness journey, here is some tips to staying on track ⬇️

✅ Don't skip meals a big mistake people make is skipping meals stay on track as you would Monday to Friday.

✅ Make time for food prep

✅ Sleep: keep times close to possible for going to and getting up from bed give or take an hour or two

✅ Schedule "me" time what ever it is that helps you unwind if it's a class of wine some chocolate be smart keep it within calories.

✅ Stay active: if you don't have a training session planned go for a walk a walk will not just keep you active but it's great for the mind to clear the head for a new week ahead.

✅ Do not have all or nothing attitude: if you go wrong with a bad meal etc don't say fc it I've gone wrong now might aswell stay going😱 just forget it move on and make sure your next meal or snack is a better choice ie healthy one💪
