🎃 PART-TIME HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT WANTED 🔨

Navan Adventure Centre – Navan, Co. Meath

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on person to join us for approximately 2 / 3 days per week over the next 6 weeks, helping our maintenance team get the centre ready for our Halloween Event.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who is handy with tools, enjoys practical work and can turn their hand to a bit of everything.

The work will include:
• Helping build and set up our Halloween attractions
• Installing props, decorations and displays
• Putting up temporary fencing and barriers
• General maintenance and repair work
• Moving, assembling and securing equipment
• Helping transform the centre for Halloween 🎃👻
• Other practical jobs around the site as required

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has good general DIY / handyman skills
• Is comfortable using basic power and hand tools
• Is reliable and able to work independently or alongside our maintenance team
• Has a practical, problem-solving attitude
• Is physically able for hands-on outdoor work
• Can work mid week 9 am to 5.30 pm

Experience in maintenance, construction, carpentry, landscaping, event setup or similar work would be an advantage, but we’re mainly looking for someone practical, reliable and willing to get stuck in.

Yesterday evening after the last day of our school tour season we took the Navan Adventure Centre team for a very well deserved night out. Thousands of very happy primary school children in the past 6 weeks. Amazing work from the whole team! ❤️ Thanks to The Central Navan for looking after us all so well.
