📍 “Hard Gainers”📍 This is a big insight into my training, diet, and key factors along the way hopefully you can get something out of it 💪🏽 A huge part of what makes your physique is your natural genetics. Being a lanky skinny frame/ hard gainer/ ectomorph when I was younger and wanting to gain mass I learned that there is no one for all when it comes to any part of fitness diet and training must be tailored to gain real results!
Growing up very self conscious of my physique wanting to gain size I done all of the DONTS the 30 day transformation programs off some fella from Instagram while drinking mass gainers/ pure sugar I noticed that nothing was growing bar the person/ brand I was buying these well marketed items off! I was lucky enough to find well educated people ( )who started getting me onto day splits I started noticing changes helping me with diet and training!
Once I went to college I learned much more about health and well being of your body!
But what helped me the most gaining size and strength was strength training and eating consistently with the help of he taught me the do’s and don’ts on strength training which has helped develop my physique massively!
Putting all of this together my knowledge on gaining muscle mass/ strength is my strongest area but same as weight loss it doesn’t happen overnight there’s 4 years in the difference in these photos I was half a year in the gym and progress isn’t as quick as you want but worth it when you get there
