A wide range of equipment which includes 3 Nataulis Stair Masters, 2 Recumbent Bikes, 2 Upright bikes, 2 Concept E Rowers, 3 Cross Trainers and 8 Treadmills. Full studio with TRX straps, Rogue wooden rings, 10 Keiser spin bikes. We have every machine you need for resistance weights, You would have to see it to believe it! A wide range of classes at various times to suit all needs.
