We are deeply saddened by the passing of our good friend, Cliff Fee.

We will always be grateful for the kindness and support he showed us.

Our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. May he rest in peace. 🤍

Some people want to lift. Some want to be fitter. Hybrid is for the ones who want both and don’t want to choose.

The thing I like about our hybrid class is you go at your own pace and if there’s an exercise you don’t like, we’ve plenty of alternatives. Nobody gets left sitting out.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am. Thursdays at 6pm. Farranfore.

Book through The Sequel Way app or at thesequelway.com

Ask an 8 year old what they did at training and you’ll get “nothing.”

Here’s the nothing: climbed a rope, hung off a bar for 20 seconds, pushed a sled the length of the gym and held a wall sit until their legs shook. Then did it again next week and lasted longer.

Ages 8-12 - Tuesdays & Thursdays 5pm - Farranfore.

Message us to check availability or send it to a parent whose child would love this.

Earlier this summer we ran our Parkinson’s Active Pathway Pilot. A 6 week pilot for people living with Parkinson’s here in Kerry.

Six Saturdays. An hour of structured exercise, then time to sit down together for discussion, education and a proper chat, with Fred O’Sullivan bringing his own lived experience of Parkinson’s to every session.

We asked one of the families what changed over the six weeks. We thought they’d talk about the exercise. She talked about his confidence, walking across the gym without his stick, back out to the shed and cutting the hedges again. The small things he’d stopped doing.

That’s what this was always about. Helping people get the basic things right. 💙
