Our finished County Final display!! Weeks of hard work have paid off! We did a practice setup before school closures! Our stand consists of a GIANT styrofoam football boot, which we glued and carved from recycled styrofoam and covered in tape and two wooden goal posts with recycled red onion bags as nets. On the day we would have dressed as Kerry Footballers, a referee, and managers. Also, Kerry Senior footballer, Shane Enright would have been at our stand demonstrating our product, as our brand ambassador! All judges would have had the opportunity to try out our product on the day! Looking forward to the County Final results in the coming days!! Our finished display model! Just completed before school closure on Thursday last. Our giant styrofoam football boot, is sealed with black duck tape. The giant version of our product, a 4-quadrant, colour-coded gaelic football boot skin is made from a reused white table cloth from one of our school's National Final winners from last year. The 4 quadrants were painted and the outline and text was completed with permanent marker. Our Kerry County Final is deferred for now but our products and stand are all set to go for the new date when it is announced!
