From All At Gorey Rangers, a massive thank you, once again, as always, to the wonderful people of our town in Gorey and surrounding areas, for their generous contributions to our town bucket collection and Altura Park Memorial Cup Games on Saturday. We raised a tremendous amount as we got our Local Cancer Support and Flood Light Generator fundraising events off to a great start.

Also to the our amazing bucket collectors and the Gorey Pipe Band, thank you all so much for your efforts and for soldiering on in the rain.

Gorey Rangers would like to offer our sincere and deepest condolences to the family and friends of Bonny Levingston following his passing on Wednesday morning.

Bonny was an integral part of the history of Gorey Rangers. He was a founding member of the club when it was formed back in 1962. From there, he went on to become a player, a manager and an active committee member for decades to come.

Later in life, Bonny remained a valued club member, volunteer and active supporter of both our underage and senior setups.

Bonny’s legacy at the club lives on through his children, grandchildren and wider family circle, many of whom have been and continue to be part of our club’s past, present and future.

Above all else, Bonny was a true gentleman, a kind, caring and much loved person who was held in the highest regard by everyone at Gorey Rangers and throughout the wider Gorey community.

His contribution to our club and the people within it will never be forgotten.

May Bonny rest in peace now. ❤️🖤
