Join us to experience the magic that unfolds when vibration, breath, and stillness come together — a nourishing pause for body, mind, and spirit.
Soundbath - Sunday, october 18th, 7pm-8.30pm
Location: 360 Hot Yoga
Booking: Email [email protected] to reserve your spot
Cost: €35
What to Expect in the sound bath:
A cosy, calming space where you simply lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work
Gentle waves of vibration from crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments designed to relax your whole system
A deep nervous‑system reset that supports stress release, emotional balance, and mental clarity
Guided stillness and breath to help you settle, soften, and arrive fully in the moment
A restorative pause that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly uplifted
Time to integrate afterwards, with a slow return to the room and a sense of spaciousness in the body and mind
Benefits of Sound Baths:
Supports parasympathetic activation Slow, sustained tones can help shift the body from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest,” lowering heart rate and blood pressure.
Reduces cortisol and stress markers Studies on meditative sound practices show measurable decreases in cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone.
Improves brainwave coherence Repetitive, harmonic frequencies can encourage the brain to move into alpha and theta states — linked with relaxation, creativity, and emotional processing.
Enhances vagal tone Vibrational sound stimulates the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in mood regulation, digestion, and overall nervous‑system resilience
