Our 8-week term begins at the end of January and will bring us right up to the Spring/Summer period ☀️

Delighted to be back on the mat tomorrow with our new six-week term 🤸🏽‍♀️✨💫

Every week we will be a themed, mixed-level class to get our minds and bodies ready for summer 💪

I’ve missed our Monday class lots over the last couple of weeks so it will be great to see everyone online! And for anyone unable to make the live class, the recording will be sent to you.

A reminder that no matter what stage or what age you are, every moment presents a new opportunity ✨

In this instance, Joseph Pilates was referring to his system of exercise and its ability to transform the physical and emotional wellbeing of people of all ages.

However, with my birthday tomorrow I am thinking of positive intentions I can set for the year and I feel this mantra is a nice reminder that our mindset has a powerful impact on our actions 💫

Announcement: 2022 IN-PERSON CLASSES ARE HERE ✨🤸🏽‍♀️💫

I’m delighted to announce that in-person classes will be starting on February 4th at SF1 Baggot Lane

It’s exciting to be teaching in this great space, in the heart of Ballsbridge - I can’t wait to meet you all there ☺️

Class Location: SF1 Baggot Lane
When: Fridays @ 5.30pm
Duration: 8-week Term starting February 4th

There’s a limited number of spaces in our classes so if you would like a spot, head over to the link in bio to register as soon as possible 🎟 first come first served!

Classes will take place on Friday evenings at 5.30 pm and I can’t think of a more perfect way to de-stress after a week of work and gear up for the weekend 💫

These mixed-level classes will focus on building total body strength, improving mobility and increasing endurance 💪 They also include modifications and progressions in order to suit and challenge students of all levels of fitness and ability!

Happy Sunday ✨ I hope everyone had a nice start to 2022!

From Instagram it might seem like lots of people you follow are already nailing their 2022 fitness and wellness goals 😬 which is may be the case for some people but it’s certainly not the reality for the majority.

So don’t feel bad if you haven’t even realised what your ‘goals’ are yet (also, setting goals in January isn’t a prerequisite to having a healthy year 🤔!) because taking smaller, manageable steps is often a more sustainable way to stay active and build healthy habits 🤸🏽‍♀️

My 4 week Pilates series featured in the shares tips and tricks of a selection of moves that you can practice throughout the month. If you’re new too Pilates or you’re getting back into exercise after the Christmas break, regularly practicing a small selection of moves can majorly benefit your practice and overall fitness 💪

I’ll also be sharing lots of information about upcoming classes this week so keep a look out 👀

The Christmas countdown is officially on 💫 this time of year is crazy but make sure you’re taking some time for yourself to get on the mat, go for a run/walk, or take a class to unwind in the middle of all the madness 🧘🏽‍♂️

The last few months have been so busy, between work, college and Pilates 👩🏻‍🏫📚🤸🏽 so I’m definitely looking forward to a small break over Christmas but also to spending some time on the mat and getting inspiration for our New Years classes!
