We’re looking for a physiotherapist, massage therapist, or wellness practitioner to rent a beautiful treatment room inside our Reformer Pilates studio in South Dublin 💚

The room is fully equipped with a massage bed, drawers, a small bench, and soft lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. You’ll also have access to our shared kitchen and free parking on site.

You’d be joining a friendly, supportive community of clients and instructors, making it a fantastic opportunity to grow your own client base through the studio’s existing community.

Perfect for anyone looking for a professional and peaceful space to see clients within a wellness environment 🌿

My amazing brother loved the Sea, it’s the place I feel closest to him 🌊 I have been sea swimming most of my life growing up near the water, so in aid of cancer research Ireland we are all coming together this Sunday at the cove in greystones, please join us we would love to get as many people there as possible not just for my brother but for your own health as cold water swimming as so many health benefits. New Beginners Reformer class on the schedule starting Tuesday 1st March at 10:30am.
There is also a reformer class pack available that includes a one to one assessment with our instructor Lisa.
This assessment will allow you to discuss your fitness background also any concerns or injuries you may have so you get the most from every workout! Lisa will also go through some of the key fundamentals that will progress you through the classes.

At Sway we feel it's so important to get to know our clients that attend our classes and what their needs are before starting.

All you need to do is firstly register with Glofox:
