Words can’t express how grateful I am for every single one of these incredible ladies!
Some have been with us since day one and others have come in and made the biggest impact on our studio in such a short time. ✨

What melts my heart the most is when people say “I’m doing this instructor’s class” instead of naming the time or type of class, because they go for them, for how amazing they make the experience. The class doesn’t make them… they make the class!❤️

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE seeing you share your affirmation cards on your stories / posts! ✨ Whether you pick your own or let the universe decide, these little reminders help set the tone for your day/ week. Some of you have even pulled the same one twice— a little ✨ divine nudge ✨ to focus on something important!

Keadie started using affirmations daily in 2021 and they’ve been a game-changer ever since, they initially were just a little novelty for the class & something to look forward to but it’s turning into something so much more than that ❤️.

Thank you for embracing them, for sharing your stories with us and for all the love you’ve shown our beautiful studio! We’re so lucky to have you here ❤️
