There is still space available in all classes so it’s not too late to book in.

January is a good time to look at getting a second class in a week for yourself too. Start the year strong.

Hope you are all enjoying the well deserved rest over the Christmas break 🎄

Thank you for all for showing up week in week out. I know it’s not easy to show up first thing on Monday mornings, but you are there. Late in the evenings after a full days work, a Friday morning before your weekend away or even when you are racing back to work after your lunchtime class to log on for a 2pm meeting.

Thank you for trusting me with your Pilates journey and keep up the great work in 2026.

Hope you are feeling strong going into the new year 💪

Pilates New Term starts back next Monday 1st September after what feels like a lovely long summer break

All classes start back Monday 1st September 2025. Each term will run for 8 weeks.

⏰Classes are 50 minutes.
🚗Parking at all venues.
🧘🏻‍♀️Please bring your own mat if you have one if not I have plenty of spare mats.
🧘Beginners are welcome.
