8 minutes from both Exit 13 & Exit 14 (M50) by Killgobin road, Murphystown Way & Ballyogan road towards Carrickmines retail park & M50 exit 15. For parents of young kids, this instructor comes highly recommended with a vast knowledge & experience in teaching karate. He is fully qualified & experienced in embedding mental health into his curriculum. His classes advocate self-discipline, respect for others, and self-control. Regular feedback from parents and students over the past 20 years have highlighted the physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits from his classes. In addition, classes are always great fun, which children of all ages enjoy immensely. Training includes: Self defence, basic karate techniques, Kata practice and bunkai (applications), Mindfulness & Meditation, Fitness, Cardio & Core strengthening, Flexibility & Coordination exercises, Pads & Bag work, Controlled kumite (sparring) training. We also always have time to sit and chat/joke about school/work/life.
