Just seeing some Instagram Notifications about Eskrima: Paul Cox has retired from the "day" job and is more available for classes including private one on one; 0862155506 is still his number. 19:30 Monday and Thursday are his regular slots at the moment; see recent Facebook Post

Most Fridays directly after judo, (19:30) WGMA founder Paul Cox will be running an introduction to KETTLE BELL TRAINING FOR MARTIAL ARTS; this is open to EVERYONE including but not exclusively those who have just finished the judo class. Pay as you go (€5 or €10 depending on numbers); the class will be JUST one hour so you can still have a shower and meet your mates. Paul is also available for sports thai massage this takes about 20 minutes per client.
Friday 25th saw four Black Belts and two others avail of this excellent facility BUT REMEMBER ALL ARE WELCOME.

this post had 12 likes! That's great but there weren't 12 people there on Friday. The session was very enjoyable and as promised we were finished by 20:30! Hope to see more there tomorrow 30th January.

Wild Geese Martial Arts Kettle Bell, Indian Clubs and more: conditioning for martial arts (NOT just Judo) run by WGMA founder Paul Cox is now in its 4th week and the numbers have doubled. Just under an hour on Fridays 19:35 start 'til further notice.
