Helping people understand how their environment, energy and unconscious patterns shape their wellbeing.

Exploring creativity, healing, intuition and the spaces we inhabit. Guided by a desire to understand and connect to my own inner workings and my own true nature, it is my passion and soul purpose to share and teach what I have learned on my journey to this point, so that I can help others along the way. All of my offerings are soul-filled and heart-lead and interlink with each other. They span fro

m teaching yoga to intuitive painting, cacao ceremonies and energy healing. Combining my creative, spiritual and intuitive expressions in the form of art, yoga and healing gives me a unique way of seeing the world. Ultimately it is my wish that my offerings allow you greater connection with yourself, others and the natural world.

A thought that came to me on a walk…

I’ve become increasingly aware of how much our environment influences us.

Not just the obvious things, but our energy, our emotions, our creativity, our sense of ease and even our ability to hear ourselves clearly.

Sometimes we become so used to our surroundings that we stop noticing their effect.

This is something I’ve been exploring deeply recently and it’s one of the reasons I’m so excited to share my upcoming masterclass on July 1st.

A little detour from Mallorca to Valencia to visit friends and enjoy some city vibes. Now back by the sea, trading busy streets for salt water, sunsets and a few days of rest before heading home.

🌑 New Moon in Gemini

Gemini is often associated with communication, curiosity, learning and using our voice.

Which is slightly ironic because I recently bought a microphone to start sharing more videos… and I still haven’t actually used it properly yet! 😆

I brought it, discovered I needed an adapter, bought the adapter, and now it’s sitting in my suitcase here in Mallorca waiting patiently for me to stop thinking about using it and actually use it.

As someone with a lot of air in my chart, thinking comes naturally. Researching, planning, imagining possibilities, creating ideas… I can happily spend hours there.

The doing is often the uncomfortable part.

It’s much easier to work on a course than to tell people about it.
Much easier to plan a post than to publish it.
Much easier to think about using my voice than to actually press record.

In Human Design, fear is said to be one of my motivations. At its best, it helps me prepare, learn and see things from different angles. At its worst, it can keep me waiting until I feel completely ready.

The truth is, I don’t think confidence comes first.

I think action comes first.

So perhaps this New Moon isn’t asking me to be more prepared.

Perhaps it’s asking me to communicate anyway.

To press record.
To share the idea.
To have the conversation.
To step through the doorway before I feel completely ready.

Because if we genuinely believe something might help someone, hiding it serves no one.

This has been very much on my mind as I prepare for my upcoming online masterclass, where I’ll be exploring how our environment, energy and natural patterns can support us in living and working in a way that feels more aligned.

For now, my intention for this New Moon is simple:

Less planning. More sharing.
Less waiting. More doing.
More trust in my own voice.

And maybe, just maybe, finally taking that microphone out of my suitcase and using it (even just for myself)

What is one thing you’ve been meaning to do, but keep putting off until you feel “ready”?

✨ FREE Human Design Environments Guide ✨

Lately I’ve been exploring how deeply our environments affect our energy, nervous system, creativity, and sense of wellbeing.

Some spaces help us soften and reconnect to ourselves.
Others can quietly leave us feeling overstimulated, depleted, or disconnected.

Through the lens of Human Design, there are 6 different environment types each connected to the kinds of spaces where we naturally feel more restored, aligned, and supported.

I’ve created a free PDF guide introducing the 6 environments and offering gentle reflections to help you begin exploring your own.

This work has changed the way I think about home, creativity, rest, nature, and the spaces we move through each day.

If you’d like a copy, comment ENVIRONMENT below or send me a DM and I’ll send it across

I’ll also be exploring this more deeply in my upcoming online masterclass:

I’m in a planning mode and thinking of developing a deeper autumn programme exploring Human Design environments, moon signs, elements, home energy, relationships, personal cycles and the spaces that help us feel most ourselves.

If this speaks to you, DM me ALIGNED and I’ll add you to an interest list.

In the meantime if you’d like to explore these themes sooner you can join me for The Connected Space, my upcoming 90-minute online masterclass exploring Human Design Environments and the powerful role our surroundings play in wellbeing, creativity and restoration.
This is on 1st July online and recording available if you can’t make it live. Link in bio to book.

Selected Caves Environment

In Human Design, my environment is Selected Caves spaces that feel calm, protective, intentional, and deeply personal.

For me, this looks like soft earthy colours, quiet corners, nature nearby, open light, less clutter, and spaces that allow me to breathe, create, and reconnect to myself. My environment is both an artistic and spiritual sanctuary a place to paint, reflect, rest, dream, and evolve.

I’ve realised how deeply our surroundings affect our nervous system, creativity, and wellbeing. When a space feels safe and aligned, something inside softens. Inspiration flows more naturally. We begin to hear ourselves again.

My cave is never static. It changes as I change. I’m constantly refining, clearing, rearranging, and creating environments that feel more aligned with who I’m becoming.

Nature is always part of this for me, trees, shells, sea air, birdsong, moonlight, soft textures, and gentle beauty. A cave is not about hiding away… it’s about creating a sanctuary where your spirit can fully exhale.

I’ll be exploring all of this more deeply in my upcoming Human Design Environments Masterclass, where we’ll look at how environment shapes energy, creativity, relationships, and nervous system regulation.

✨ I’ve also created a FREE PDF guide to the 6 Human Design environments if you’d like to explore your own environment and begin creating spaces that truly support you.

Many people here probably know me mainly through yoga over the past 11 years, but before that my path into healing and wellbeing began through Painting, Reiki, Aura-Soma, and a deep interest in understanding myself through astrology, numerology and human design.

At one point I also worked part-time in interior design going back to study after having my first two children..in fact I’ve always been fascinated by interiors, design, colour, atmosphere, and the energetic impact of our environments.

What I’ve known, whether through my healing work, yoga, design, or creativity, is that most people already know more than they think they do.

Often they already know what they like, what feels good, what supports them, what drains them… they just need guidance, reflection, or permission to trust it.

Over the years I’ve become increasingly interested in cycles, patterns, energy, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and understanding how everything is connected.

After recently completing a foundation course in Human Design, I’ve been exploring these themes even more deeply and one aspect that’s really interesting is understanding ourselves through the lens of environment and energetic alignment.

So I’ve decided to create a new online masterclass to explore these subjects in a grounded, practical, and reflective way.

This is something a little new for me and also a way of testing interest in a deeper body of work I may develop further into a 5-week course in the autumn.

The masterclass launches this Friday, so keep an eye on your emails and on here for more details.

I’m really excited to begin sharing this next chapter of my work xx

Embodied movement is less about how it looks, and more about how it feels.
Slowing down. Focusing on the breath- especially the exhale and repeating patterns of movement to get into a meditative rhythm.
This Saturday I’m hosting a 90 min workshop on embodied movement and how it can reset the body and mind.
Booking via or their website.
Places limited but there’s still space for more to join us;)
