The Yoga Lounge Dublin Yoga Studio in the heart of Raheny village since 2013 . With some of Dublin’s finest teachers .

The Yoga Lounge is a Yoga studio that is dedicated to all Levels and all styles of Yoga and is somewhere everyone can feel comfortable and belong. Whether you have practiced Yoga before or if it’s your first class you can find a class on our schedule to suit your needs. We have a dynamic range of specialist teachers that teach Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga for those that enjoy a challenging yoga class &

Hot Yoga during the winter months we also offer Hatha Yoga, Slow Yoga & Yin Yoga for those that enjoy a slightly more slower paced class. We also run pregnancy yoga twice a week with our experienced prenatal teachers. All of our classes are open level suitable if you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before. Our beautiful spacious 910 square foot yoga studio in the heart of Raheny Village has been purpose built to offer space and comfort when practicing yoga. Our Yoga studio is heated using Infrared radiant heaters which is a proven therapeutic and safe heating system used in applications such as baby incubators and operating theatres.

As we move towards autumn, the outward pace of summer naturally starts to soften, inviting us to turn inward, gather our energy and reconnect with ourselves.

Gather & Ground is a nourishing seasonal Yin practice at Yoga Lounge, designed to bring you back to centre through grounding, stillness and deep rest.

Drawing on the qualities of the Earth element, we will explore grounding, stability, nourishment, support and the feeling of being held. Through longer held Yin postures, we create space in the body, soften physical tension and allow ourselves to settle without needing to achieve anything.

Yin is a slow, quiet style of yoga where postures are held for longer, giving the body time to soften and settle. The studio is beautifully stocked with everything you need to support you in your Yin practice, with plenty of props to help you settle comfortably into each posture. No previous Yin experience is needed.

As we move towards autumn, we will also gently weave in the qualities of the Metal element: clarity, space and simplicity. The practice will gradually become quieter and more inward, bringing you towards a beautiful seasonal Yoga Nidra, offering an opportunity to settle deeply, feel supported and rest.

A space to gather yourself, ground into the present moment, nourish the body and mind, and come home to yourself.
