One Step at a Time 💜

As part of Men's Health Week, we're delighted to share this event being hosted by our friends at Cork ARC Cancer Support House.

"What Now, Lads?" is a day for men whose lives have been affected by cancer – whether they are currently in treatment, recovering, or finding their way afterwards.

The day will include:
✔️ Physiotherapy & gentle exercise
✔️ Practical advice on adapting to life during and after cancer
✔️ Real stories from men with lived experience
✔️ An opportunity to have your say and help shape men's services

A dramatic finish in Fraher Field saw Cork claim a crucial victory over Waterford in Round 2 of the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship.

Trailing by five points with just seven minutes remaining, the Rebels produced a remarkable comeback to secure a 1-15 to 1-14 victory and keep their championship hopes alive.
