๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Join us for Wibblies A.C. FREE Couch to 5K programme, starting on Tuesday 26 September at 7pm, heading out from Dunnes Stores car park, Ballyvolane T23 VEY8!
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Itโs an 8 week programme, we head out on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm with an optional Saturday morning run to keep the training up - at the end of the 8 weeks weโll run a graduation 5km race - you can do it! ๐ช๐ป
๐ All of our mentors are friendly, experienced runners who have come through the Couch to 5km programme themselves. Donโt worry about your fitness levels, if you want a new challenge, this is the first step - and no one is expecting you to be the next Sonia OโSullivan, we run to have fun ๐
No Wibbly gets left behind, we want everyone to feel good about getting out and doing something for themselves.
๐Running is an inexpensive way to improve your fitness levels. No gym memberships or expensive kit required, just comfortable running shoes and appropriate clothing and the only stipulation is that HIGH VIZ VESTS are MANDATORY. Safety first!
