Always a pleasure to get out on the bikes, enjoy a good spin and support a brilliant local cause!💙🚴‍♂️

The Smugglers were delighted to take part in the Cavan Autism Parents Support CLG (CAPS) Annual Cycle on Sunday, joining cyclists from across the area to support the fantastic work they do for families throughout Cavan.

A big well done to everyone behind the event for another great day, and thanks to all who came out to support it. 👏🚴‍♀️

Our Smugglers swapped the Cavan roads for the stunning scenery of the west this weekend, taking on the Tour de Achill🚴‍♂️⛰️

A cracking day on the bike with spectacular coastal views, plenty of hills and some of the best cycling scenery Ireland has to offer.

The photos say it all — not a bad backdrop for a day in the saddle! 👌
Well done to all our Smugglers who made the trip and represented the club in style. 💙💜

Our good friends in Cavan Autism Parents Support CLG are hosting their Annual Charity Cycle & Run this weekend, with the run on Saturday & the cycle on Sunday🚴‍♂️

This is always a great event and a favourite of ours as it’s for a such fantastic local cause, be sure to get out for a few kms for what’s set to be a great event!🤗

Another busy weekend for the Smugglers!

Saturday’s crew rolled out from the Slieve Russell, heading through Doogarry, Drumreilly & Drumcoura before making the all-important coffee stop in Ballinamore. ☕
Judging by the big smiles in the photos, they were VERY happy to see it! 😁😂

The Sunday Smugglers decided to stretch the legs a little further, taking on a cracking 100km route through Carrick-on-Shannon and Mohill. 💯🚴

Two great spins, plenty of miles in the legs and, most importantly, another weekend of good craic on the bikes! 💙💜

We had a fantastic day at the Killylough Cycling Club Sportive, well done to all involved, always a very well organised event!👌👏👏

Our usual Saturday & Sunday groups were also out clocking up the kms and enjoying pit stops at Daily Brew , Coffee House & The Jackalope 😋🍰☕️

Ever wonder why cyclists ride so close together, one behind another? 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

It’s called drafting. The rider at the front has to push through the air and can be doing around 30% more work than a rider sheltered behind.

That’s why you’ll see riders taking turns at the front — sharing the workload, conserving energy and helping the whole group move along more efficiently👌
