If someone tells you that you need to survive on plain chicken and broccoli to lose weight, it’s time to run the other way. 🚩

The truth is, sustainable weight loss isn’t about banning the foods you love, it’s all about creating a healthy balance. You can still enjoy takeaways, chocolate, meals out with friends, and your favourite treats while working towards your goals.

The key is portion control, consistency, and understanding that no single food causes weight gain or weight loss. It’s your overall habits that matter most.

The best nutrition plan is one you can actually stick to long-term. Because if you enjoy what you’re eating, you’re much more likely to stay consistent and see lasting results. 🍕🍫
