At this live workshop Sam will cover how to produce incredibly fast, explosive athletes and coaches that dominate their sport and Industry 😁

You can use these techniques to develop speed that transfers to the field, learn the sports speed systems and become a more confident speed coach, and even create speed that improves match outcomes!

Unfortunately Sam's social media was hacked recently so let all get together and help him build back up his huge following 💪

4 Training Areas 🔥

We have not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 training areas at Empower Fitness Carlow ❤️

💥 1. The main gym floor

Filled with state of the art equipment like Panatta and Gymleco, free weights, cool down/stretching areas and cardio equipment (including concept 2, stair-master, assault bikes and star track cardio pieces…) it’s got all you need to achieve your gym based goals ✌️

💥 2. The Studio

We get asked all the time "what happens to the studio when you have no classes going on?” And the answer is … we let our members use it ( just tidy up after yourself 😜 )! If you ever want a more private space to hit the boxing bag or do some functional fitness, then all our members are more than welcome to use our studio when it’s free 💯

💥 3. Hot Concept studio

This is where the magic happens. Book through the Glofox app and experience this one of a kind class that will give you serious bang for your back 💪 if you have not tried a class yet DM us now for a free trial 😀

💥 4. Outdoor training zone

Our 2000 sq ft outdoor training zone is available to use all summer 😎😎 Come and utilise the area while the sun is out in full force.

IMPORTANT JANUARY 2024 UPDATE

Hi everyone,

When you return to the gym this 2024 there will be a few things to note...

We will have an access control gate installed in the gym this February. All members will need to download the Glofox app and register with the email address you originally gave us which is linked to your membership. From here you can scan in from your app using the barcode scanner which will activate the gate. We ask all members to upload a profile picture to their account.

As all members know we have consistently reinvested in the gym since we opened.
We have been open over 5 years and have never increased our prices. We know times are tough for everyone with inflation and many people and businesses are struggling. Instead of increasing our membership rates we have decided to just have a one size fits all membership. All memberships can be bought through the Glofox app or at reception. We will still offer no contract or sign up fees for everyone, which is a huge benefit. Members really do love the flexibility we offer. We want to continue to be the best value gym in Carlow 😁

Some members may notice a slight increase in their monthly subscription who joined up on our student rates a couple of years ago. If anyone has any questions about this please DM or email us.

I’d like to thank all our members for your support throughout 2023, you can expect a lot of new additions and continued improvements to the gym throughout 2024 🥰. We still have plenty of tricks up our sleeves 🪄
