Seven Oaks Hotel is reopening on Monday, 29th of June as per Government guidelines. However our leisure centre will remain closed until we receive further guidelines regarding the pool, gym etc. As soon as we have an opening date for the leisure club we will keep you informed.

Today Lesley will be uploading to a Private Tai Chi Group in order for people to practice at home and take care of their Mental Health - this exercise is suitable for all levels of fitness and suitable for all ages.

Seven Oaks Hotel and Leisure Club wish to announce that, in light of recent advice from the Government and HSE, in solidarity with the Medical Profession and people on the front line, our Leisure Club is now fully CLOSED until 29/03/2020.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will keep you updated on this matter.

Seven Oaks Hotel and Leisure Club

Wish to announce that all Swimming Lessons and Fitness Classes have been suspended with immediate effect until further notice.

Our opening hours are being restricted to the following times
Monday to Friday 6.30am to 11.00am and 6.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 6.00pm

These decisions have been taken in the interest of the safety of our patrons due to public Health and Safety concerns surrounding the spread of Coronavirus. We will continue to review these changes on an ongoing basis.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will keep you updated on this matter

We were sad to say farewell to our friend and colleague Christy who is leaving us today. We will miss Christy a lot but wish him well in his future career.

Attention all members/guests

Seven Oaks Leisure Carlow is open for business as usual until further advice from the HSE/Government

Please note that all Swimming Lessons and all Fitness Classes are cancelled until further notice

We will update you in relation to any other changes that we may have to take in the coming days.

We urge all members/guests who attend the gym to wipe down equipment with blue roll and disinfectant which is supplied. This is everyone’s responsibility to ensure everyone’s health & safety is considered.
