UBFiT SPORTS INTERNATIONAL was set up by Eoin O'Donnellan in 2012 to give ladies and men the option of a range of healthy activities to choose from.

Now with COVID and the various restrictions relating to Group Classes Eoin has embraced the OnLine ZOOM Platform to Host his UBFit Classes and also increased the OUTDOOR WORKOUTS. What a Great Day for The Galway “Masters” GAA Football Team .. Yesterday we travelled to the magnificent Cappamore GAA Ground in Co. Limerick to play Cork in the All-Ireland Challenge Final where we won on a score line of 13 pts to 1 goal & 9pts. After being 4 up at half time Cork came right back into the game & we ended up level at full time … the match then to extra time where we finally pulled through with a winning margin of 1 point over a gallant Cork Team!

It was an honour to be able to Manage & Work with these wonderful lads this year & to end up with a trophy was an added bonus! Hopefully we’ll be back next year to contest for even more honours ..

After a very enjoyable season Managing the Galway Masters GAA Football Squad we have arrived after 7 great matches to our final game .. versus Cork in the All-Ireland Challenge Cup Final … 2PM this Saturday in Cappaghmore GAA Club in Limerick .. if in the vicinity on Saturday & can support the Team then we’ll see you there!

Thanks to AEROGEN for inviting UBFit to coordinate their Annual Staff Sports Day in Dangan on Friday! Aerogen are a Super Company with fantastic People & a very proactive Sports & Social Section. This is UBFit’s 3rd Year being involved & the enthusiasm, fun & plenty of competitiveness 😉 that every1 bought to the day made Michelle’s & My work (if one could even call it that) so much easier … Well Done to all & see you again next year 🥇 .. Always Great Fun but with a tinge of sadness this morning as it’s “Chef Laura Rosso Restaurant’s” final weekend in Salthill … it was a lovely part of our Saturday session & we wish them all The Best going forward 👍
