Hi all, Fitness Classes are back this week in Furbo Hall on a Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:45/7:30pm, lets get the new year off to a fit and healthy start, all are welcome, hopefully see you there. x

Hi Everyone, unfortunately Summer is over but the good news is classes are back and in full swing starting this Tuesday and Thursday the 12th & 14th of September in Furbo Hall from 6:45pm until 7:30pm. All are welcome.😀

Hi everyone, another bank holiday nearly over so no more excuses for missing classes, Start of a new month so lets get working on those beach bodies:):) Classes in Furbo Hall Tues & Thurs starting tommorrow night the 2nd of May from 6:45 - 7:45. Hopefully will see you there:) x
