Currently doing a 4 week mini cut in prep for a shoot and will then start official prep for Worlds.
Using educated guestimation w food intake from years of previously tracking my macros. A life long skill I’d highly recommend you learn if you want to sustain long-term physique conditioning.
Have cut processed, sugary foods, red meat, wine, buying organic or farmers market produce (as it’s currently the same price as the Z owned and affiliated goy slop brands you’ll find in major chains).
Doing a heavy metal, skincare, cosmetic, and home product detox as have been experiencing chronic low grade inflammatory symptoms (fatigue, joint pain, dermatitis, increased cellulite and fluid retention) and it seems to be working!
At this point it really is an act of rebellion to educate yourself, take ownership of and look after your health and body when the system is designed to keep you numb, dumb, fat and sick for their profit and gain. Don’t be distracted or fooled by upstream, surface lvl cheat codes 💉
The basics and building a solid foundation w your training, nutrition and lifestyle is what moves the needle and gets results (above is a decade of showing up, rinsing and repeating the basics).
The ‘quick fix’ carrots🥕are as feeble and flimsy as the string big pharma & the influencers dangle them from if you have no foundation to fine-tune.
And if you don’t have an exit strategy your waist line and lean mass will be in for a rude shock. GLP-1 meds combined w an air diet are not the solution Sharon you April fool 🫠🤦♀️
