Sitting at 14% BF

Currently doing a 4 week mini cut in prep for a shoot and will then start official prep for Worlds.

Using educated guestimation w food intake from years of previously tracking my macros. A life long skill I’d highly recommend you learn if you want to sustain long-term physique conditioning.

Have cut processed, sugary foods, red meat, wine, buying organic or farmers market produce (as it’s currently the same price as the Z owned and affiliated goy slop brands you’ll find in major chains).

Doing a heavy metal, skincare, cosmetic, and home product detox as have been experiencing chronic low grade inflammatory symptoms (fatigue, joint pain, dermatitis, increased cellulite and fluid retention) and it seems to be working!

At this point it really is an act of rebellion to educate yourself, take ownership of and look after your health and body when the system is designed to keep you numb, dumb, fat and sick for their profit and gain. Don’t be distracted or fooled by upstream, surface lvl cheat codes 💉

The basics and building a solid foundation w your training, nutrition and lifestyle is what moves the needle and gets results (above is a decade of showing up, rinsing and repeating the basics).

The ‘quick fix’ carrots🥕are as feeble and flimsy as the string big pharma & the influencers dangle them from if you have no foundation to fine-tune.

And if you don’t have an exit strategy your waist line and lean mass will be in for a rude shock. GLP-1 meds combined w an air diet are not the solution Sharon you April fool 🫠🤦‍♀️

Most people are searching for answers from inside the very system that’s keeping them stuck 📦

Inverse thinking is uncomfortable because it exposes the lie you were sold and the truth you must face in order to break free of it:

That burnout means you’re lazy.
That a dysregulation nervous system means something is “wrong” with you.
That continuing to mask in the collective dissociative delulu will keep you safe and that the system gives a f$&k about you.

Let’s normalise that these aren’t personal failures — they’re survival patterns; predictable symptoms of the system.

A system that profits from your productivity, control, comparison, not-enoughness that requires shame and self-blame loops to keep you stuck and compliant inside the box.

And if you’re still pretending,
still masking,
still faking,
still bypassing,
still deflecting —
shaming and gaslighting yourself into fear-driven cognitive dissonance…

you’ve caught the disease.
And no — I’m not referring to covid (although 2.0 psyop is coming very soon).

You try harder.
Blame yourself.
Buy the next solution…
On repeat.

The way out isn’t more consumption, discipline, output, or sticking your head in the sand.

It’s inversion.

Question the narrative you were handed.
Decode the manipulation instead of internalising it.
Flip the frame…..and suddenly the symptoms make sense.

You aren’t wrong or broken.
You’re responding exactly as they designed it.

Once you stop playing by the rules of a system that benefits from your fear, lack of empathy, self-doubt, and mental/physical demise….

That’s where you’ll get well.

That’s where you’ll become free 👁️✌️

Part 2: processing/diffusing anxiety during prep and post comp

This is one of processes I use on myself and with my clients F2F in clinic using kinesiology or online using journalling prompts based off these positive statements/affirmations to induce body connection & processing, & to reduce questioning, overwhelm and anxiety (and other more nuanced emotions) that arise during prep and post comp.

Reducing head noise and external distraction, grounding/regulating the nervous system is key to tapping into the inner wisdom of the body so we can move from a place of self-trust and cadence, rather than forcing and self-abandonment.
