Hiii 👋🏽  I’m Nicole and I am so excited to have you here!

Since there are some new people here, I thought I’d share a bit about my journey and what I do. 💁🏽‍♀️

When I first started building learning experiences, I was quickly overwhelmed with ideas and had no idea where to start. All I wanted was to create something that gave deep and long-lasting value to my learners…
but found myself burnt out, exhausted, and had no time to live the life that I wanted.🥵

After years of trial and error, working with some incredible teaching mentors, and truly integrating learner feedback - I came up with a method to calm the overwhelm and build deeply valuable learning experiences.

On top of that, I have the time and energy to live my dream nomadic life full of adventure.

…which is how I ended up as a Learning Coach and Consultant who helps coaches teach better so their clients get better results - while you gain more time to live your dream life while scaling your business.

Life isn’t simple & neither is learning.

Learning is a reflection of that complexity.

🐛Transformation🦋

The structure of your course acts as a cocoon for CLIENT TRANSFORMATION.

They start at one point 🐛 and expect you, as the course creator, to get them to the end result 🦋

What is the most effective way of getting client-learners from 🐛 to 🦋 in a 1:Many course?

BACKWARDS DESIGN

BD uses the desired end result to build backwards to meet client-learners where they are currently at.

Using this strategy allows you to build a clear path to transformation that is within reach.

Sound easy? Not so much...for most of us 1:1 Coaches it comes pretty easily but it takes a bit more effort when you are coaching a group of people.

Why do we climb ⛰?

For me, it's about enjoying the view at the top after all the work I put in to getting there.

And it is the same for your client-learners.

They want to get to the top of the mountain and be able to see how far they have come because of their choice to work with you.

So how do you, as a course creator, get them to the top of that mountain?

By creating a Course Roadmap to outline your clients' journey from start to finish,

Adding in check-points along the way to...
➡️ check their progress to the top (end result)
➡️ provide feedback and support
➡️ inspire them to keep going

These check-points are opportunities for your client-learners to celebrate 🎉SMALL WINS 🎉

which is something that is sorely missing from many online courses.
