At N-E Performance we take pride in being a gym for “N-E one” a supportive and open environment where anyone can come in, feel welcome and work towards their goals. So do we allow filming?
🩶 Are you filming for your own personal reflection and progression? Go for it, we love to see those gains!
🩶 Do you post online and earn money from doing so? Yesss, get that 💰 (we love the free advertising👀)
🩶 Are you checking your form? Form correction > injuries anyday!

In short, go for it. We allow any filming for any reason, these are our only rules…
🖤 Do not film other members without their consent or knowledge
🖤 Respect the room, if someone nearby is in your video, check they don’t mind first - if they do? Move away
🖤 Clothes on please! Save the topless photos for the changing rooms (or an empty gym if your lucky)
🖤 Remember you don’t own the gym. Someone walked in front while you were filming? Get over it 🥱

Bottom line, if you think your filming content will end up on an video… you’re doing something wrong 🤣

I’m going to hold your hand when I say this… Easter weekend does not ruin your progress! ❌
A few extra treats, a few extra calories, maybe a bit more chocolate than usual… that’s not failure, that’s life. Your progress isn’t built on one weekend, it’s built on consistency over time 💪🏼
Food is fuel but it can also be enjoyment, memories and balance. Spending time with loved ones and relaxing is just as important as hitting your macros.
Bottom line?
💥 You didn’t lose your fitness in 3 days
💥 You didn’t gain body fat overnight
💥 You don’t need to punish yourself this week

So what is important?
