Thursday Morning 6am Class Starts Tomorrow 🔥

We know….

a 6am start might sound disgusting to some people but…

before ruling it out you should know the following.

1) your brain is most receptive to taking info in the early morning which means you’ll learn and retain more information quicker.

2) it will give you a huge energy and boost that you can ride throughout the rest of your day

3) you’ll have your daily workout done before most pipes have even woken up, which means you can smugly walk around knowing you’re essentially better than everyone you come in contact with.

4) people who engage in physical activity in the early hours have been shown to be rated as 20% more attractive than the average population (citation needed).
