Over 6 weeks, you’ll be taken through 12 structured sessions designed to develop your fundamentals in a controlled, progressive environment. No experience needed – just consistency and willingness to learn.

You’ll cover core striking, grappling basics, movement, and conditioning, all delivered by professional coaches who focus on correct technique, safety, and steady progression.
