FEBRUARY RECAP…

This month has been nothing short of fantastic! We are super proud and grateful for the buzz around the place at the minute.

Record numbers through the door. We’ve seen multiple new members join EVERY single day this month. Old faces, new faces, competitive bodybuilders and plenty of first timers. Ladies that Lift in full swing. All coming along to train with the same mindset, not because there’s a new deal on. So refreshing to see. The energy in the building has been off the scale, after all, there’s no school like the old school.

We’ve had people coming from other gyms on away days from all over. Even a lovely visit from who even came back for a famous Valhalla Leg session a few days later. Big plans in place with them for upcoming shows, which will cover at a later time.

No slowing down as far as improvements, 14 new pieces of kit acquired. Mostly serious rare pieces from the golden era. Some of which you’ll struggle to find anywhere, let alone all under one roof. Unfortunately we’d hoped the majority would have been with us by now but we can’t control USA shipping issues. 5 are in already and we’re hoping to see the remaining 9 over the course of March.

Just reflecting on today and wanted to drop a quick message to all of our members both old and new. We truly appreciate the support.

Today was another record breaking number of entries through the door. The energy here has been nothing but electric all day.

No nonsense, one common goal.

There’s nothing like a proper iron dungeon in full swing. 💪🙏

Come and learn how to lift weights safely & correctly using free weights alongside resistance machines and making ‘working out’ supportive & fun aswell as being pushed to your limits to help you reach your goals 💪🏽

All classes are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 09:30am-10:30am
