As some of you may be aware we are making some exciting changes to our gym and on court classes for you guys to access and hopefully get more out of. As you can imagine it hasn’t been easy over the last 16 months with the pandemic and the restrictions on the gym industry, but hopefully going forward with restrictions easing slightly it will allow the team to increase our timetable, utilize more equipment and add in the old class ‘favorites exercises’.
Therefore moving forward from Monday 12th July we will have an all new timetable which will include the following:
All ‘Small Group Training’ sessions within the RPM Fitness will be programme based for your individual needs, goals, and ability level in a maximum group of 6 people. These sessions will include the following:
STRENGTH
Barbell lifts such as squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and lunges are at the very heart of every single 4-week cycle. Scaled for level and goal, it is impossible to not get significantly stronger here.
CARDIO
“Minimum Effective Dose”. Efforts of concentrated intensity, not marathon sessions. An emphasis on quality and efficiency with weights and cardio equipment, not “fluff” and overkill cardio sessions that strip your muscle and preserve your fat.
MOBILITY
The missing link in fitness programming. An emphasis on flexibility and efficient movement patterns, posture improvement and mobility drills that we all need to do on a regular basis to keep our body’s moving how it should without any discomfort.
The Result Room classes will continue be held on the bottom tennis court at 6pm and will be aimed at giving all that attend a great all-round workout for those who are looking to get a good sweat on in a safe and fun environment! Cross training, HIIT and MRT will be replaced with the tried our tested Circuit and Box fitness classes.
Classes will be held over 5 days a week @ 6pm – 6:55pm.

You have 5 months to experience and trial the new coaching package and to see if suits your training needs. If you feel that it is not for you then you can still access the Result room classes at 6pm five days a week at £40 per month, gym membership at £30 or the pay as you train option.
